BW&C Consulting fully recognises that success is built on ensuring  comprehensive buy-in at all levels of a company, something which fosters a cultural acceptance for necessary change from within an organisation.  After all, the implementation of change is rarely successful if simply imposed.

Delivering meaningful, enterprise-wide change is seldom straightforward and companies are right to be wary of those who assert that it is.  Scepticism that change in and of itself - usually coupled to an investment in technology alone - is some form of corporate saviour is right and proper.

Too many projects fail to actualise their intended benefits not because of inadequate technology, a lack of intellectual capital, inadequate resources or insufficient funding; instead, unsatisfactory objective setting, incomplete governance and planning, cultural dissonance, inadequate corporate buy-in and a lack of executive visibility and engagement are, all-too-often, the root cause of failure.
